Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced **Product Manager**to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative product solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Define and refine product features and functionality based on business priorities and customer insights
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and business stakeholders, to align on product vision and objectives
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap to guide the development process and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Conduct market assessments and competitor research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and development to market launch and post-launch analysis
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team
- Lead design review sessions and support efforts to improve business processes
- Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and expectation management
- Promote a collaborative and high-performing team culture to achieve product success

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related field
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in product management
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership roles such as lead, manager, owner, architect, or coordinator
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams of 20 or more members
- Proven track record of involvement in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience successfully launching products or key product capabilities to the market
- Experience in modeling business processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Ability to lead design review sessions and work directly with clients to develop solutions
- Familiarity with integration landscapes and aligning them with future functional design requirements
- Strong understanding of non-functional requirements and business process design
- Experience with Salesforce, including Product Ownership and Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
- Advanced-level English proficiency (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders

**Nice to have**
- Hands-on experience with Rally Software for managing projects
- Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for scaling Agile practices
