**Production Manager**

**Location**: Puebla, Mexico

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage overall production operations at the Mexico facility, optimize resource allocation, and ensure on-time order delivery.
- Develop capacity plans and production schedules, coordinating with supply chain management to reduce inventory costs.
- Control and achieve key performance indicators including safety, quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency.
- Drive productivity improvements and continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean manufacturing and quality control.
- Build production system capabilities and oversee employee training and development.

**Requirements**:

- ** Language**:

- Native-level Chinese Mandarin
- Proficient in Spanish for daily communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Fluent English preferred
- ** Education**:

- Associate degree or above
- Majors in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
- ** Experience**:

- 1+ year of local work experience in Mexico; familiarity with local labor laws and production environment
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing production management preferred; knowledge of production processes is a plus
- Experience in warehouse, cost, and quality management preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) for inventory management preferred
- ** Core Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, cost management, and cross-departmental collaboration

**Ubicación**: Puebla, México

**Responsabilidades**:

- Coordinar de forma integral las operaciones de producción en la planta de México, optimizar la asignación de recursos y garantizar la entrega puntual de los pedidos.
- Elaborar planes de capacidad y programación de la producción, coordinando con la cadena de suministro para reducir costos de inventario.
- Controlar y cumplir con los indicadores clave de desempeño: seguridad, calidad, costo, entregas y eficiencia.
- Impulsar la mejora de la productividad y proyectos de mejora continua, implementando manufactura esbelta y controles de calidad.
- Desarrollar capacidades en el sistema de producción y dirigir la capacitación y formación del personal.

**Requisitos**:

- ** Idiomas**:

- Chino mandarín (nível nativo)
- Español para comunicación diaria (oral, escrito y lectura)
- Inglés fluido será un plus
- ** Formación académica**:

- Título de Técnico Superior o superior
- Se valorarán carreras en Ingeniería Mecánica, Administración de Empresas u otras áreas afines
- ** Experiência**:

- Más de 1 año de experiência laboral en México, con conocimiento de la legislación laboral local y del entorno productivo
- Experiência en gestión de producción en la industria automotriz o manufacturera; conocimiento de procesos productivos es un plus
- Experiência en gestión de almacenes, costos y calidad es deseable
- Manejo de sistemas ERP (como Oracle) para la gestión de inventarios será valorado positivamente
- ** Competencias clave**:

- Conocimientos sólidos en manufactura esbelta, control de calidad, control de costos y colaboración interdepartamental
