**What you will do**:
Manage customer orders from receipt through shipment.
Input orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure problems are resolved.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery timelines are met.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in business, international relations or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
