KOUD is on the lookout for a dynamic Program Manager possessing the following attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
- 7+ years of extensive experience in business and IT, specializing in program and project management.
- Preferred 5+ years of proficiency in the Financial Services Industry.

**Required Job Experience**:

- Proficient understanding of business financial practices and accounting principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in data-driven management, encompassing metrics and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams of 10 or more.

**Additional Skills and Knowledge**:

- Valuable operational consulting experience.
- Strong aptitude for grasping complex business and technical concepts and making informed decisions when faced with trade-offs.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adeptness at fostering consensus.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to technical and operational staff.
- Notable thought leadership skills with a collaborative approach to influence others.
- Ability to establish credibility swiftly and build rapport across diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of results-oriented approach and successful completion of tactical activities.

**As a Client Program Manager, you will**:

- Drive and oversee client delivery and service processes to effectively manage client initiatives.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring end-to-end client satisfaction and engagement.
- Cultivate robust client relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance support for their business objectives.
- Ensure alignment with key organizational partners, including executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and legal, to achieve shared business success.
- Provide actionable feedback to the Credit Processing Leadership team regarding new offerings and client requirements, derived from synthesized inputs gathered through the delivery and service process.
- Develop and implement strategies to facilitate the widespread adoption of products among key customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiencies in project methodologies, deliverables, reporting, and training, thereby elevating capabilities in service and delivery.
- Spearhead the development of strategies and programs for large, strategically significant regional and global clients.
- Gain insight into client business requirements and desired outcomes, translating them into effective solutions.
- Lead the compilation of project requirements and provide project consultation in collaboration with clients.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the work team to support client initiatives effectively.
- Offer consultation on product best practices and provide insights into product capabilities and usage.
