**Responsibilities**
**Customer Information Supervisor**
**Main Purpose**
Supervise the Customer Information Analyst (CIA) processes all new requests and changes for customers, route, and organization in accordance with data management guidelines. The CIAs are responsible for collecting and reviewing relevant information incorporating research and analysis to determine proper action. The CIA communicates the status of requests as well as resolves disputes and issues. The CIA will be required to perform periodic audits of existing Customer MasterFiles data. The supervisor will ensure that tasks are performed timely, utilizing OLA/SLAs and scorecards, build relationships with division sales teams / customers, help to problem solve and continue to develop CIA team

Lead and develop CIA team_
- _ Ensure new account set up for all Divisiions within defined Service level agreement_
- _ Ensure maintenance of market sales tax certificates_
- _ Research sales tax refunds and credits_
- _ Ability to resolve Arctree cases pursuant to sales tax issues_
- _ Capable of interpreting and adhering to individual state tax guidelines across all divisions _
- _Monitors and ensures all forms are submitted with complete and accurate data_
- _ Ensure effective utilization of CDM task manager_
- _ Analyze large complex issues and provide guidance to CIA team to resolve field requests_
- _ Create and review scorecards (OLA/SLA) to ensure customer maintenance requests are processed timely _
- _Analyze Customer MasterFiles for correct/updated hierarchy and key business process data points_
- _ Maintain, update and document Customer MasterFiles guidelines and requirements_
- _ Manage CIA team, includes training and onboarding along with career development_
- _ Build strong relationships with division sales leaders and control and continue to advance processes and technology for a more effective CIA COE_

**Qualifications / Requirements**

Fluent in English_
- _ Bachelor’s degree in Business/Control/Operations_
- _ Experience supervising a large team_
- _ Ability to work within strict deadlines, learn new processes quickly, work effectively with a team directing them to manage constantly evolving work responsibilities_
- _ Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively_
- _ Ability to train an onboard key talent_
- _ Evaluate team strengths and opportunities and develop individual action plans to enhance skills and career _
- _Exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of requests_
- _ Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with customers_
- _ Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)_
- _ Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers_
- _ Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations_
- _ Excellent written and oral communications skills_
