Our lemma: "work smart and play hard" Our technology partners are Hashicorp, Cloudbees, Chef, Pagerduty, Docker, SAP and Google Cloud. **We're looking for**: - Training Administrative Intern **Qualifications we are looking for**: - Excellent oral and written English skills - Good interpersonal/social skills - Patient and willing to provide orientation - Good at reading and creating documentation - Willing to provide and receive feedback **Role responsibilities**: - In charge of assisting the Training Coordination in its different initiatives and programs - Helps in the supervision of training completion and reports the training progress of specific groups or consultants to the Training Coordination - Provides access to training materials and training platforms. - Identifies possible causes for consultants not being able to access a specific course or assessment and provides a solution by being in direct contact with them - Supports the Training Coordination in the resolution of training requests and certification requests - Provides individual orientation and solves doubts from consultants regarding training programs and platforms - Supports the Training Coordination with the coordination and organization of trainings whenever it is required - Proposes ideas for the continuous improvement of the Department according to their observations internally - Knows certification processes and internal Learning Management Systems by receiving support from the Training Coordinator - Helps the Training Coordination in the creation of tests and manuals, especially if they are part of their final university project or thesis - Keeps the Training Coordination repository organized and updates documents according to the latest information available - Supports the Training Coordination actively in every training initiative and program by being in close contact with the Coordinator and by joining the meetings where they can be helpful **What you can expect from us**: At DigitalOnUs, what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.
