**Job Description**:
The Cybersecurity Team seeks an IAM Support Senior Analyst to participate in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The IAM team’s mission is to provide the right information to the right people at the right times and places.

The IAM team is responsible for the overall care and maintenance of Tyson Foods directories, and for efforts like single sign on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), identity & access governance (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), identity lifecycle management, and security access certifications.

You will work closely with the other analysts on the team, the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Development team, the IGA Product Manager. You will provide role access recommendations, support and troubleshooting of the IGA tool.

You will need to be thorough and detail oriented. You will need to be passionately customer and outcome focused. This role requires demonstrated experience with meeting goals and deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works with a team of analysts in the support and management of the IGA tool.
- Reports on project statuses to management and stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn SQL and be involved in code reviews and QA tests to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
- Contributes to planning of the software stack for growth and performance.
- Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure integrity and quality of projects.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or product managers.
- Advocates/enforces best practices for performance, reliability, scalability, security, and reusability.
- Researches and identifies the business technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Mentors other team members.
- Other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of the organization.

Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Information Security topics is preferred but not required.
- Awareness of the.NET Framework, React, Python,.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and MS SQL.
- Awareness of micro-services architecture, front-end web UI (User Interface) development, react and node.js.
- Awareness of MVC, Web API (Application Programming Interface), or ODATA.
- Awareness of cloud platforms and services; preferably AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Awareness of CI/CD tools, preferably GitLab.
- Experience with of IGA systems such as Saviynt/Sailpoint.
- Experience with account provisioning, deprovisioning, granting of entitlements, and user access reviews.
- Understanding of the full lifecycle of workforce identity lifecycle processes with working knowledge of relevant SOX controls strongly preferred.
- Understanding of Agile principles including the SCRUM methodology.
- Ability to facilitate effective communications, building productive working relationships both internally and externally, engaging people in participative planning, and customizing the communication method for the individual and the situation.
- Team player who can establish excellent working relationships with peers and other teams.
