Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to our HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing our talent acquisition department and everything that involves our continuous performance processes, talent planning, management, and development.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have more than 3 years of experience as HR Generalist. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
HR, Administration Degree
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience in manufacturing
Microsoft Office
Experience with SuccessFactors platform
People - Service & benefits administration
Legal compliance experience
Pre pay roll management
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with various functional groups within the organization.
Oriented to an organizational culture.
