_ADVANCED ENGLISH SKILLS REQUIRED (C1 OR C2 PROFICIENCY)_- THIS IS A FULLY ON SITE POSITION IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO_- HIGHSCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED_THIS POSITION PROVIDES HIGH-QUALITY TELEPHONIC SUPPORT TO POTENTIAL NEW LAW FIRM/ATTORNEY CUSTOMERS THROUGH A LEGAL INTAKE PROCESS.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- RECEIVE INTAKES FOR LEGAL SITUATIONS FROM POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS VIA ELECTRONIC OR TELEPHONIC SOURCES.- MAKE MULTIPLE FOLLOW-UP CALLS TO POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS WITH THE GOAL OF MAKING SUCCESSFUL CONTACT.- DISCUSS THEIR LEGAL SITUATION AND PROMPT THE INTAKE CONTACT TO ANSWER A SERIES OF QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE QUALIFICATION FOR THE LEGAL INTAKE.- SEND LEGAL DOCUMENTS FOR SIGNATURE TO CONTACTS AND FOLLOW-UP FOR SIGNING.- TRANSLATE LEGAL DOCUMENTS FROM ENGLISH TO SPANISH**QUALIFICATIONS**:- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A DIRECT CUSTOMER CONTACT POSITION IS PREFERRED.- CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATION.- EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.- PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT AND GMAIL**SCHEDULE**MONDAY TO FRIDAY12:00 PM - 9:00 PM**SALARY AND BENEFITS**MONTHLY BASE SALARY $16, 200 PESOS+MONTHLY BONUS $3,000 APROX.$800 FOOD STAMPS- *ALL MEXICAN LAW BENEFITS APPLY*_- THIS IS A FULLY ON SITE POSITION IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO_- ADVANCED ENGLISH SKILLS REQUIRED (C1 OR C2 PROFICIENCY)_Pay: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Experience**:- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Advanced english (required)Work Location: In person
