**Requirements**:
- Experience as L1 Help Desk
- Professional studies related with IT Field is desirable.
- Exchange servers, Office 365, windows 10-11, Office 2013, TS Browsers, TS hardware.
- **English communication skills B2 (Upper Intermediate) minimum requirement.**
**- French communication skills B2 (Upper Intermediate) minimum requirement. Excellent grammar and spelling and communication skills.**
**Qualifications**:
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Active listening and effective questioning skills are essential.
- Customer focus: Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to providing a positive user experience. Ability to empathize with end-users and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
- Time management: Effective prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues when needed.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
