Thanks to our suite of tools, our clients (leagues, cups, tournaments and academies) become our partners as they can monetize their content by accepting sponsorships offered from big brands through our marketplace or by bringing their own local sponsors.

This position is 100% remote, based in Mexico or LATAM.
- It’s ok if you don’t have a ton of knowledge about Pitz yet. We’ll take you through an extensive onboarding and training program and you will be provided with necessary knowledge to fulfill your role._
**Job description**
As an Account Executive your primary responsibility will be developing a market of net new or acquisition revenue, plus expanding current accounts. This role will be concentrated on Hispanic U.S. and LATAM amateur soccer leagues, cups, tournaments, academies and venues. The large majority of your sales will take place in online demos and over the phone. At PITZ, we pair Account Executives (who focus on growing acquisition revenue) with SDR’s and Customer Success Managers. This helps us ensure we’re growing across all types of clients and locations, in addition to supporting customers' journeys with PITZ.
**Responsibilities**
- Own a sales cycle. You’ll convert a prospect into a recurrent paying customer.
- Close sales on the phone and through online demos. We believe the more calls and demos you make (with the help of an SDR team), the more sales you’ll make. Obviously, this includes handling objectives and making follows up to make things happen.
- Working across different time zones: whether it’s in California, Denver or Miami, you’ll know how to handle the meetings between time zones.
- Understanding our customer personas is extremely important.
- Work in collaboration with Marketing and SDR’s to develop targeted marketing tactics for your target accounts
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
**We’re looking for**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- You love to beat your own records, expect the best from yourself, and always want to keep improving.
- Experience working with a CRM
- Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Previous tech industry experience or experience in StartUps is a plus
- Determined personality with a desire to grow and win
- Passionate about Soccer
- A shared interest in our values, and working in accordance with those values
- As our team is growing we will be also looking for native/bilingual level of any of the following languages: Spanish and English
