Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented **Lead Business Analyst**to join our team and shape the future of healthcare.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Engineering Lead and Product Manager to define feature requirements, including integration with third-party services
- Partner with the Engineering Lead to ensure proposed solutions align with feature requirements
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with Product Managers, stakeholders, and developers to ensure alignment
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to create high-quality technical project and product documentation
- Write detailed descriptions and acceptance criteria for user stories, securing approval from the technical product owner
- Manage and refine functional and non-functional requirements to meet project objectives
- Ensure the backlog is maintained and prioritized for optimal project health
- Organize and facilitate discussions to align business needs with technical solutions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a business analysis or related role
- Minimum of one year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable business and technical requirements
- Proven proactiveness, ownership, and ability to build effective partnerships with cross-functional teams
- Experience in organizing, planning, and managing the Product Design and Business Analysis process
- Background in healthcare with an understanding of healthcare systems and domain-specific challenges
- Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or other healthcare compliance standards
- Experience handling sensitive data, such as PHI and PII, in compliance with privacy regulations and security standards
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at a C1+ level or higher

**Nice to have**
- Experience working with API-enabled products and integrating them with external apps or solutions
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban
- Awareness of UX/UI principles to support user-centric product design
- Strong understanding of data quality and data governance concepts
- Experience with cloud environments and cloud-based data services, particularly AWS tools such as Lambda, S3, or DynamoDB
