We are currently seeking a seasoned **Lead Business Analyst** to complement our energetic team.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide solutions on Salesforce and other SaaS platforms through collaboration within Agile BA-DEV teams
- Independently engage with business users to extract requirements and convert them into practical user stories and technical specifications
- Maintain alignment between business objectives and tech solutions by collaborating with developers, architects, and product owners
- Employ tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro for process mapping, workflow documentation, and project management
- Simplify complex business challenges into straightforward solutions through effective communication, identifying gaps, and clarifying requirements
- Facilitate change management processes and support teams in adopting new operational methodologies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in Agile contexts with a focus on Salesforce Cloud solutions and API technology
- Demonstrated ability in leading and guiding a team of engineers
- Proficiency in the analysis and documentation of technical requirements and business objectives
- Expertise in utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro for process documentation and backlog management
- Strong ability to operate independently and steer conversations with stakeholders from inception to execution
- Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to spearhead process transformations in multi-system settings
- Proven ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks across several projects with competing priorities
