This position is eligible for TN visa sponsorship, with no **VisaScreen** required. - **Key Responsibilities**_ **Develop and Implement Wellness Programs**: - Create and lead health education initiatives, including nutrition, exercise, and preventive care programs tailored to residents’ individual needs. - Organize group activities such as therapeutic exercises, cognitive games, and relaxation sessions to foster active and healthy lifestyles. **Resident Daily Assistance and Support**: - Assist residents with daily routines related to personal health and wellness, such as making balanced dietary choices, engaging in light physical activities, and maintaining personal well-being. - Help residents with basic daily tasks, such as mobility support, reminders for hydration and medication, and guidance on personal care routines, while fostering independence and dignity. **Health Monitoring and Reporting**: - Monitor residents' health and wellness progress, making adjustments to wellness plans as needed to address their evolving needs. - Maintain accurate documentation of each resident’s wellness activities, progress, and any areas of concern.
