Why CompuCom? (Overview):
Responsible of placing warranty orders in the OEM portals, all orders need to be placed the same day the issue is reported from our internal customers. The warranty buyer needs to validate serial number of equipments and process a detailed order with the supplier to ensure SLA’s.
What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Places and expedites orders for products and materials.
- Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.
- Works with management and other associates to improve purchasing processes, policy, and procedures.
- Has responsibility and authority to ensure quality products and services and represents CompuCom in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with CompuCom clients and associates.
- Follows up orders and shipments to ensure services' SLA.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent edu preferred.
- IT & Hardware Basic use of software technologies (MS Office).
- Adaptability.
- Committed to meet daily goals.
- Data-Driven decision making.
