-Job description **Role Purpose** Responsible for the Data & Analytics team, including Data Science, Business Intelligence and Data Engineering including infrastructure, quality, and control. **Principal Responsabilities and Accountabilities** - Responsibilities include strategic leadership, team management and technical oversight, regarding data science, business intelligence and data engineering. - Define and drive the data strategy with alignment of data science, business intelligence and data engineering efforts with overall business goals and priorities to ensure data initiatives support decision making and value creation. - Align cross-functional efforts and seamless collaboration between data science, business intelligence and data engineering teams to optimize data usage and achieve Business goals - Act as a bridge between technical an non-technical teams promoting communication between data engineering, data science and business intelligence teams with business stakeholders for everyone to understand the goals, challenges and outcomes of data initiatives. - Collaborate with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide insights for strategic decisions - Foster innovation with a team updated in artificial intelligence, machine learning and generative AI and the latest methodologies and technologies in infrastructure, - Develop and promote a data-driven culture across the organization. - Manage team performance: ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. - Atract and develop talent, provide guidance and coaching, and create an environment that promotes knowledge and career development opportunities for team members. - Promote cross-functional learning between the teams to break silos and foster an integrated data approach. - Optimize data infrastructure through the data engineering team ensure that supports the growing data needs of the organization, in terms os storage, processing, and analytics, using the most effective tools (cloud services, big data platforms, BI Tools).
