- ** Ensure compliance** **and readiness**by standardizing practices across the region, supporting audits, and maintaining alignment with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.

**Who You Are**:
You are a strategic and collaborative HR leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development. You thrive in complex environments, use data to drive decisions, and are skilled at building relationships across geographies and functions.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR operations experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead HR shared services at a multi-national company.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors), payroll platforms (e.g., TRESS, Dayforce), and HR ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Spanish

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Deep understanding of labor laws in the US, Canada, and Mexico
- Ability to leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to communicate insights and support strategic HR decision-making
- Strong influencing and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience driving process improvements and navigating ambiguity.
- Experience managing teams and budgets across multiple geographies.
