**THE ROLE**
This role is open ONLY for Ciudad de Mexico.
The position of a Senior Business Consultant is responsible for providing functional support and expert advice to existing and future clients throughout all implementation stages of the Temenos T24 Core Banking Software and/or other TEMENOS software products. The Principal Business Consultant focuses especially on the most complex functional issues, ensures that all actions are taken to fully satisfy the client’s functional needs and provides coaching to less experienced Consultants. The Principal Business Consultant is client-facing and focuses on more complex business issues with little or no direct supervision, provides functional guidance to both the Project Manager and Client and mentors less experienced Consultants
**OPPORTUNITIES**
- You will focus on more complex functional/business implementation problems.
- You will provide training and knowledge transfer to less experienced consultants.
- You will participate in the review of client organization, processes and workflows and contribute to the proposal of the target organization, processes and workflows to maximize the Client’s benefit from the Temenos products.
- You will run functional workshops to meet specific project needs.
- You will validate all functional decisions for the projects to ensure optimum utilization of Temenos products.
- You will define customization needs for Temenos products as per agreed business definitions.
- You will write specifications, if and when needed, for local development and ensure that the relevant development team(s) have a clear understanding of these specifications.
- You will supervise, if and when needed, over specific tasks of the implementation plan.
- You will participate in functional testing to support Client testing.
- You will provide clear and concise functional documentation for internal and external use.
- You will conduct client functional training as necessary.
- You will provide regular updates and feedback to the Project Manager in order to achieve project goals.
- You will coordinate with the TEMENOS maintenance groups to ensure that the product problems encountered by the client are understood and resolved.
- You will complete functional support hand-over details and obtain client readiness agreement before go live.
**SKILLS**
- You should have minimum of five to eight years of experience in Finance or banking software consultancy or other equivalent industry knowledge. Deposit, Lending or Trust operations experience is a plus.
- You should have in depth understanding of financial and banking business processes.
- You should have excellent interpersonal skills and written communication a must.
- You should have ability to facilitate and conduct presentations and workshops.
- You should have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- You should have ability to work with limited supervison, take ownership of assigned tasks and independently interface with clients.
- Temenos competencies in one or more of the following a plus:
a.Knowledge of the Temenos Implementation Methodology or other implementation methodology.
b.Knowledge of T24 Core Banking System (Release 13 or higher)
c.Process Workflows
d.Knowledge of any T24 Modules (Core: Customer, Acconts, Payments, etc.)
e.T24 General Ledger and Financial Accounting & Reporting
f.T24 Parameter set-up
g.Close of business (COB) support
h.Knowledge of T24 Data migration
i.T24 Architecture (TAFJ)
j.Arrangement Architecture (AA Deposits and/or Loans)
k.T24 testing.
l.Channels
m.Functional knowledge of Wealth Manager or Wealth Suite
