**Job description**
- **Key Competencies**:_
- _Coordinate with airport authorities and outside vendors for passenger flight operations_
- _Interact directly with customers and team members to maintain a high level of customer service._
- _Perform and coordinate functions related to passenger processing at counter, departure, and/or arrival._
- _Complete documentation required to clear aircraft upon arrival and/or departure._
- _Assist passengers in case of misconnections/cancellations/delays._
- _Accurately scope out tasks and projects, sets goals, break down work into process steps, develop schedules_
- _Comply with all security requirements._
- _Follow direction given by Supervisor and Manager; assist in all areas as assigned._
- _Work independently on multiple assignments._
- **Requirement and Qualification**:_
- _Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico;_
- _Good communication skills in Spanish and Mandarin，basic English preferred;_
- _Weekend/holiday shifts required;_
- _Aviation industry experience and customer service experience preferred._

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 15620, México (Lic. Benito Juárez), CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
