Team Overview:
Our IBG Human Resources team is compromise of different professionals across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Mobility, HRBP, Culture and Organizational Development. HR plays a significant role in developing positive business culture and improving employee engagement and productivity. We are seeking an HR Business Partner for our Fintech Operation.

Role Responsibilities:
have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and learn about the operation of one our new business in Mexico, the Fintech Operation.

The HRBP will report directly to the HRBP Manager for Fintech Business giving support to our Operation Team. In this role you will work closely with our Fintech Operation team members in People Management practices, as well as Communication & Engagement Initiatives. You will support teams’ initiatives regarding Employee Retention, Engagement and other People related topics. You’ll also collaborate with other HR pillars in order to act in the implementation of projects related to learning and development, employee experience and engagement, culture and communication. HR performance results, through the deployment of the HR strategy & policy, and the assistance to Supervisor, Team Leaders & employees on the different operational HR topics
- Gives support & coaches our Leaders on HR related topics
- Workes closely on a day-to-day basis with our Team Leaders
- Advises, coaches and orientates managers on HR aspects of their role
- Contributes to the operational results of the Site
- Will be the HR representative for all internal stakeholders
- Contributes to the respect of the rules by the employees, particularly in terms of safety; participates & contributes to the Health/Safety/Environment actions according to the Site Policy
- Manages in quantity & quality the permanent & temporary headcounts
- Follows up absenteeism, defines & deploys improvement plan
- Contributes to the deployment of the Strategy for the Entity
- People & organization development
- Coordinates, deploys and coaches managers on Talent development tools, processes & policy
- Participates & contributes to the reflection and projects related to the organization evolutions; proposes organizational changes
- Support the recruitment & onboarding process according to the standard
- Identifies Learning & all actions to develop competences according to the Site's (collective) and employees' (individual) needs, the Technological needs (TDP), and the company's requirements (mandatory trainings...)
- Defines & arbitrates Training actions, according to the budget
- Identify new internal Trainers, according to the Training needs & potential Trainers' abilities & development path
- Work closely with Health, Safety & Working conditions
- Consider all identified risks and manage them with QRQC tools
- Follows up unfitness situations, and participates to the adaptation of work conditions to individual unfitness
- Provides support to managers to guide them in Health, Safety & Working conditions topics related to HR

Role Qualifications:

- Graduated in Business Administration, Industrial or Organization Psychology
- Knowledge on Mexican Federal Law.
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical Thinking
- Resilience and Evolving
- Good written and verbal communication skills - with advanced English proficiency
- Problem solving and creative thinking
- Genuine care for people
- Proactive, hands-on, with high learning agility

**Bonus point if you have**:

- Work with BPO environment
- Implement HR Process and Strategies for BPO
- HR initiatives/ Internal communication experience
