Es responsable de establecer y controlar las normas de producción y ensamble de los productos.
- Es responsable de realizar estudios técnicos y proyectos para optimizar las características y especificaciones de los productos.
- Es responsable de establecer procesos de mejora continua.
- Establece, mantiene y actualiza el herramental, documentación y los recursos necesarios para mantener la continuidad de los procesos de manufactura.
- Apoya a los departamentos de producción y de soporte en la implementación de métodos y especificaciones técnicas.
- Provee el soporte necesario en la corrida de nuevos productos.
- Reporta y revisa los cambios de ingeniería aplicables a su área de trabajo.
- Establece y ejecuta proyectos de eficiencia, cambios de layout y maquinaria (process change) y variación de inventarios.
- Apoya al equipo administrativo en los proyectos que le sean requeridos.
- Provee soporte técnico a los Inspectores de Calidad.
- Elabora ayudas visuales e instrucciones de trabajo para resaltar especificaciones criticas en el catalogo de productos.
- Participa activamente en las acciones que le son encomendadas a través del kaizen plan de su área.
- Provee entrenamiento de equipos nuevos y/o de equipos modificados.
- Asegura que todos los equipos y métodos cumplen con los estándares de seguridad.

**Perfil requerido**:

- Ingenieria Eléctrica, Industrial o Mecánica.
- Conocimientos de Técnicas de Manufactura (5’s, Poka Yokes, etc.)
- Conocimientos de Técnicas de Lean Manufacturing
- Conocimientos de la Metodología Kaizen
- Conocimientos de listado de materiales (BOMs) y algún software a fin de ERP/MRP
- Ingles conversacional intermedio-avanzado.
- Excelentes habilidades de computación, Microsoft Office y Autocad.

- 3 year(s): Lean Manufacturing

- Bachelor's degree or better in Engineering or related field
