**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- The Logistics Manager oversees the movement, distribution and storage of all finished goods within company through managing a team of logistics, shipping & receiving and office support team, located across several facilities in Tijuana Mexico, San Diego CA and Gardena CA. This role controls the flow of outgoing finished products from multiple production facilities and warehouse locations to ensure customers receive products on time. The Logistics Manager prepares reports for upper management; negotiates shipping and supplier costs and works to improve the efficiency of the company’s distribution network.

**Experiência y requisitos**
- Strategically plans and manages logistics and transportation - Plans and monitors outgoing deliveries
- Keeps track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency - Researches ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers. Selects carriers and negotiates contracts and rates
- Updates and evaluates metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements
- Partners with Retail Logistics teams (our customers) at all levels within the organization to ensure strong relationships that continue to meet he Retailers expectations while maintain cost effective solutions
- Works with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures
- Ensures all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and regulations requirements - Resolves any arising problems or complaints
- Supervises, coaches and trains Logistics teamCertifications: CTPATSkills:

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple project-Bilingual in Spanish and English Required-Demonstrable ability to lead, coach and manage staff-Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills-Intermodal coordination experience-Proficient in standard logistics softwareDocuments: VISA SENTRI
