At Wonderful Citrus, we are looking for an **FP&A Leader** to work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team, providing key financial analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy in reports and presentations to senior management, as well as driving improvements in margins and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and distribute standard and customized management reports for internal use.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure overall business performance. Analyze trends and expense projections, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Utilize analytical tools to develop reports, charts, and dashboards.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Consolidate budgets, P&L, and long-term forecasts.
- Present financial information clearly and strategically to all levels of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Agri-business, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related areas.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in agriculture, food production, or consumer goods is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of accounting systems and ERP (Oracle is a plus).
- Availability to travel 30% of time.
- Valid U.S. visa required.

**What We Offer**:

- $30,000 - 35,000 MXN gross per month
- Benefits above the law.

**Office Location**: Micropolis, Garza Sada.
