**Descripción**:
**Objective**:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales leader to lead our growth across Mexico and Latin America. This is a key leadership role focused on building a high-performing sales organization, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base in a dynamic and competitive market.

**Responsabilities**:

- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on new customer acquisition and account expansion in the region
- Drive end-to-end sales strategy, execution, and revenue delivery for the Mexico and LATAM markets
- Identify, develop, and convert high-potential opportunities using market insights and competitive intelligence
- Develop strong go-to-market partnerships with Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Vertical Teams
- Lead key client engagements, strengthen CXO relationships, and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Establish a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance within the sales team
- Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using CRM and analytics tools

**Requisitos**:
**Experience**:

- Experience in sales department
- Experience in senior sales leadership role
- Experience in sales focus in IT services
- Understanding of the LATAM Business landscape
- Experience in selling PES, Data engineering, Cloud Migration, GenAI
- Experience in BFSI, TMT, Engineering
