**We’re Hiring Production Leader | Opportunity in USA with Work Visa Process Support**

If you have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Leader in the steel manufacturing sector, hold an Engineering degree, and possess the skills needed to optimize production and ensure product quality, we invite you to join our selection process. Become part of our team and contribute to enhancing our production processes, driving the delivery of high-quality products to the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support daily production operations by overseeing manufacturing processes.
- Lead manufacturing and production control efforts to achieve operational efficiencies in a fast-growing environment, building and managing an Operations team, setting KPIs, and implementing strategies for productivity, quality, safety, 5S, cost savings, and training.
- Foster continuous improvement and a lean culture by executing A3/8D/PDCA for scrap and material variation, leading 5S activities, and managing production flow, staffing programs, and resource allocation.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to move accross the country
- Relocation Availability
- American VISA

**Education & Experience**:

- Must have 3 years of experience as a Production Leader.
- Metallurgical, Industrial or Mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in software such as MS Office, SolidWorks
- English B2+ (upper/ intermmediate)
