**Customer Care Representative**
**What you need.**
- Need to have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Spanish and English
- Patience - you’ll encounter customers that might need extra support and you will need to be consistent in how you provide help, including your tone and effort.
- Need to follow all call models/policies and procedures.
- Basic skills, multitask person (example as typing while talking to a customer) system navigation, as well as familiarity with programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Use product knowledge to suggest items to customers and properly inform them on product choice.
- Patience - you’ll encounter customers that might need extra support and you will need to be consistent in how you provide help, including your tone and effort.
- As example provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, directing customers to the right departments, handling billing, accounts changes or any other customer needs.
- Know our process, and properly inform customers of and manage customer expectations around it.
- Maintain all quality, productivity, and reliability
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include early morning, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, especially when we hit peak seasons.
- Empathy
- Clear communication skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish spoken)
- Effective listening
- Typing skills 21 WPM
- Grammar 80%
- Basic Math needed
- Previous auto loan experience preferred.
