**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative**Position Summary**:A customer service representative for a coated abrasives converter must have:2. Proficiency in order processing systems and familiarity with production planning processes is essential to ensure accurate ship dates and order follow-ups.3. Additionally, the individual should possess good organizational skills and the ability to collaborate closely with sales and production teams to support customer needs and new business opportunities.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, sales coordination, or similar role.- Proficiency in ERP systems and strong understanding of sales and forecasting processes.- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience in the manufacturing industry.- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tracking tools.- Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.This position offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to contribute to the growth of our sales team and support strategic initiatives.Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 09/12/2024
