**Job Title: Content & Marketing Associate (TikTok & Digital Strategy)**

**Location**: Remote

**Schedule**: 08:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

**Type**:Full-Time

**Compensation**: $1,200 USD per month

Reflective Research is a tech-forward company making research fast, reliable, and accessible from anywhere. We're looking for a smart, creative individual to help grow our digital presence—especially on TikTok—while supporting strategic content and marketing initiatives.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Create and post engaging TikTok videos
- Develop long-tail keyword content
- Support organic and paid marketing strategies
- Analyze performance and optimize results

**You Are**:

- A fluent English speaker. Your English is almost native
- Creative, analytical, and quick to learn
- Ideally experienced in marketing—but intelligence and drive matter more
- Confident with social media and video content

Bonus if you know TikTok growth, SEO, or digital ads

Pay: Up to $24,000.00 per month
