Summary:
As part of the intake department, you will be our first source of contact with our clients
receiving and making calls to interact with them
In their day-to-day activities, we assist our possible clients in getting compensated for their
personal injuries by qualifying their cases and answering any questions they might have.
Schedules: They are varied and depending on your time zone, while we rotate once or
twice a month for a weekend we try our best to ensure you have days 2 days off in a row.
As a Full-Time Virtual Legal Aide, you will assist our Intake department by following
the responsibilities listed but not limited to the ones in this document.

- Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents on Dropbox.
- Answer all the inbound calls, clients, and leads with great customer service skills.

When needed,
- transfer it to the right member of the team.
- Set up Filevine projects for new clients or the tools requested.
- Register all the comments, observations, and updates in Leaddocket.
- Review and look for new contracts to be registered into Filevine.
- Follow up on the leads assigned, ensure a great quality interaction, and clean up the

old Leads in
- Leaddocket.
- Answer new potential clients, ask probing questions, and follow the process to

complete the sign-in or
- Escalate the call to an Intake Specialist.
- Complete the intake process of a new client to be transferred to the Pre-Litigation

department.

- Complete clinic referrals, taking into consideration the client's location.
- Complete and share the EOD report every day at the end of the shift.
- Complete assigned training on our training software Trainual.
- Assist the intake department on a task-by-task basis.
- Participate in stand-up meetings, dailies, weeklies, and monthly meetings.
- Participate actively in company activities or HR sessions.
- Close contracts get commissions

**Requirements**:

- Fully Bilingual (English)
- Your PC or Laptop (A Wired connection to your modem is recommended)
- Headset with noise canceling / quiet place to work in.
- This job is remote, and you will be responsible for your local taxes.

We Offer:

- Payment/ hour: 7 USD.
- Commission per contract on a 40% revenue share: 10 USD.
- 40 hours of Work a Week.
- 2 days Off.
- 100% Remote, (Home is where the Wi-Fi is).
- Contractor / Freelance.

Pay: From $147.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: Remote
