HR Operations Expert

In the light of our rapid growth, we are currently looking for an **HR Operations Expert**to support our entities in the America’s region.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Partner with senior business leadership across Latin America’s region as well as with global HR management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices which will support the strategic growth and operations of the business.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of employee relations, compensation, employee lifecycle, etc.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Alongside other Westernacher colleagues support our employees across the Latam region during the whole employee lifecycle - from contract creation, preboarding, onboarding, and development to offboarding.
- Prepare internal documentation such as contracts, annexes, certificate of employment, reports, etc.
- Maintain digital and paper employee files as per local and global compliance standards
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners, e.g. payroll company, legal advisors, auditors, pension and healthcare providers, social benefit providers, tax authorities, etc.

**Your skills and experience**:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Public Administration or Economics or equivalent working experience
- Min 3+ years experience as HR Generalist / HR Operations Expert
- Good knowledge / readiness to acquaint yourself with the employment legal framework and regulations in the respective geographies to be supported
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
- Natural curiosity, readiness to learn and customer-service mindset
- High integrity to safeguard compliance standards and company values
- Ability to manage multiple, complex issues, think on your feet and prioritize projects
- Attention to detail, pragmatic approach and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent Office 365 skills; previous experience with an HRIS is an asset
