**About the team**

Support the Senior and Expert Auditors in delivery of Premium License Utilization Services with Good Quality Service and Support, keeping customer experience top of mind (internal and external).

**What you’ll do**:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Premium License Utilization Services

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Support auditors pulling Audit customer data, analyzing and deducing results following methods and guiding principles.
- Contribute in data analysis to build standard reports
- Work on the service framework (processes, guidelines, templates)
- Keeping customer experience top of mind (internal and external).
- Adopt latest measurement trends to support new methods
- Staying aware of GLAC’s practices and knowledge base of relevant licensing
- Raising the quality of the respective support/tasks performed and increasing (internal) customer satisfaction.
**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Ongoing Bachelor´s degree in Economics or IT related (or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills.
- Good communicator who likes to work in a multinational team environment
- Good written and verbal English communication skills is a must, additional language is a plus
- Good organizational skills
- Strong technical skills within SAP Classic and/or other products are a plus
