Customer Support Specialist

LA POSICION ES RESPONSABLE DE:
Proporcionar soporte técnico y asistencia a los clientes, diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con el software de manera eficiente, utilizar sistemas de tickets en HubSpot para gestionar y rastrear las solicitudes de soporte, comunicar información técnica de manera clara y comprensible a usuarios no técnicos, colaborar con otros miembros del equipo de soporte y con equipos de desarrollo para resolver problemas complejos, mantenerse actualizado con los cambios en el software y las tecnologías relacionadas.

**Requisitos**:

- Lic. en informática, tecnología, comercio internacional, o un campo afín.
- Inglés Avanzado
- Experiência en soporte técnico o atención al cliente, especialmente en el campo de software.
- Conocimiento Técnico: HubSpot, confluence, Jaspersoft, Sourcetree, Github, Ldap, Postman, editores de texto (visual studio code, sublime).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, empatía, capacidad para manejar conflictos, atención al detalle y capacidad para -trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.

Lugar de trabajo: Juriquilla

Sueldo $26,000 a $30,000 brutos mensuales + PDL + PSDL

Horario laboral: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a 18:00

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $26,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mes

Tipo de jornada:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 8 horas
