**COLLECTION MANAGER**

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented collections department
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge or willing to learn company policies and procedures
- Commitment to excellent customer service
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Make collection calls and accurately notes correspondence
- Provide professional customer service regarding collection issues
- Process and review account payments
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts
- Meet department defined goals
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary
- Enlist the efforts of supervisors/management when necessary to accelerate the collection process
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with customer accounts in a timely manner
**Main Goals**:

- As a Collection Manager you will be responsible for contacting customers who are delinquent in the repayment of their loans and obtain payments, commitment agreements, or establish a repayment plan. You will acts as a liaison between the creditor and customer and effectively manages overdue accounts. You will also be responsible for managing, training, and overall aim to continuously take our collection team to new heights.
