We are looking to immediately hire a professional self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented sales and telemarketing team Manager.

**SALES MANAGER**

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in service-based sales and marketing is preferred, but**no experience is required, however, we must have applicants who have management experience only**:

- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Typing speed of 35 WPM +
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge or willing to learn company policies and procedures
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- This person must be high energy.
- Someone who is well spoken and not afraid to take a chance.
- A good sales manager is someone who is never content and they always want to become better daily.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage sales staff and generate new clients daily
- As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the production numbers of your team.
- The Sales manager will be responsible to make their team successful by motivating and teaching the right tools to make numerous sales.
- Manage a client database consisting of active and potential clients
- Cultivate lasting, trusting relationships with all current and new clients
- Take incoming calls and calling out to clients
- Quick, easy, and convenient auto-dialer to ensure a high call volume
- Client retention and acquisition

**We Offer**:

- Salary ranges from $ 20,000 to 35,000 MXN. With many opportunities to increase.
