Ensure the purchase of minimum stock and anticipate the necessary purchases.
Prospecting local suppliers.
Keeps track of materials, supplies and spare parts needed in the laboratory.
Manages and controls the file of requisitions made throughout the month.
Manages and controls the file of purchase orders made throughout the month.
Review and validate the comparative charts for each purchase of $5,000 (five thousand) Mexican pesos or its equivalent, with at least 3 different suppliers.
Prospecting suppliers and presenting the options to the Purchasing Manager for an improvement in prices, commercial conditions and delivery of materials.
Ensures that all purchase requests are duly filled out, and ensures their execution with the corresponding purchase order, responding to inquiries from internal customers and suppliers.
Make the necessary updates to the purchase of materials.
Review and take care that the previous budget of the area is not exceeded, as well as the expenses that are made per month.
Ensures the fulfillment of defined goals and expectations of the department.
Makes proposals for related growth projects as required by the needs of the laboratory.
Preparation of executive reports for Management each week, including dynamic tables and graphs of consumption and growth.
