**The Role**:
As a desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of desktop systems within the organization. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and managing the deployment and maintenance of Windows operating system (OS) images..

**What you will do**:

- Create, update, and maintain multiple windows OS images for Enterprise leveraging MECM
- OSD, MDT and WD
- Maintain Windows OS desktop security hardening
- Experience with Windows 10/11
- Create and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts as needed

**Required Skills**:

- Experience with Windows 10 or higher (Big plus to have experience on Windows 11)
- MECM (SCCM EXPERIENCE)
- PowerShell Experience
- 5+ Systems Engineering experience
- Experience in Windows 10 in-place upgrades in large enterprise environments
- Experience in best practices of image optimization for Windows 10 and 11
- Experience in troubleshooting OS imaging related issues, hardware, and driver issues
- Experience in troubleshooting using SCCM logs
- Experience with working MECM 1902 and above MDT and WDS
- Hands on experience with Intune and Auto Pilot
- Experience with managing Active Directory objects and security groups
- Hands on experience with troubleshooting GPO's, DNS and DHCP issues in relation to workstations and OS deployment
- Experience with Windows firewalls settings

**Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant years of work experience
