We are looking for a passionate and creative Sales Promoter willing to work in an adaptive organization. The person will join our Customer Service Team in Mexico.
Main responsibilities
- Provides after-sales support to the LATAM and Caribbean regions.
- Provides commissioning and product setup support to the LATAM and Caribbean regions.
- Assists with spare parts selection for the LATAM and Caribbean regions, using the company-specific support and selection tool.
- Selects and provides available technical documentation or product details to the LATAM and Caribbean regions, using the company-specific support and selection tool.
- Directs customers needing sales support to the appropriate sales representative.
- Directs customers needing field and repair support to the correct service partner (SAT) in the LATAM and Caribbean regions.
- Provides pre-sales information regarding benchmarking and product selection.
- Creates technical materials for training and customer support when needed.
- Cooperates with HQ in Italy to align on all after-sales matters.
- Escalates any unknown product issues or technical concerns to HQ in Italy.
- Monitors product failure rates.
Competences & Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in customer support
- Technical background with professional knowledge and skills on Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-oriented approach
- Problem-solving
- Availability for short trips in Italy and abroad
- English written and spoken at a good level
