**The Company**

Galactic Holdings is a project that started in 2019, oriented to the Latin American market. We are building a new type of digital financial ecosystem which includes a wallet (Trubit), a cryptocurrency exchange (Mexo.io) and a stablecoin (Moneta Digital).

Our goal is to be the bridge that drives mass adoption to the Blockchain world so that our users can enjoy all the benefits it has to offer.

**The Role**
- Responsible for the strategy and work planning of the P2P trading platform.
- Responsible for setting up a work P2P Market team.
- Research, analyze and establish effective strategy models based on market and business characteristics.
- Ensure the successful integration of the strategy models with the P2P trading platform. Continue to iterate and upgrade the models.
- Implement product strategies and features to solve the disputes and problems between the platform users and the advertisers.
- Plan and design risk monitoring and risk-related solutions for our P2P trading products.
- Monitor P2P Market product risks and opportunities and collect feedback on our control system after product launch, whilst continuing to optimize the system
- Collect and analyze market data, risk indicators, KPI’s, feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams, consolidate them into requirements, features and end products.
- Communicate with senior management with product plans and roadmaps.
- Track and push development and testing progress.
- Track and analyze key user metrics in order to form feedback loop to improve our products and services.
- Maintain continuous growth in the volume of transactions in all trading pairs and currencies of the P2P Market.
- Maintain continuous growth in the number of users using the P2P Market.
- Maintain continued growth in the number of merchants using the P2P Market.

**Requisitos**:

- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Manager, specifically skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis.
- Passionate about the crypto and blockchain industry.
- P2P e-commerce, Blockchain experience.
- Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in agile framework.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Working proficiency in Spanish and English.
