We are seeking a strategic finance professional to lead cost management in a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Operations to provide financial insights, evaluate investment projects, and drive cost optimization.
- Analyze fixed, variable, standard, and actual costs.
- Evaluate CAPEX projects (ROI, payback).
- Develop detailed cost models by product/process.
- Support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee inventory and stock valuation.
- Lead and mentor the cost team.
- Promote financial discipline and cost awareness across operations.

Experiência y requisitos
- CPA or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing.
- Solid cost accounting background.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel/BI tools.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
