**What You’ll Do**:

- Giving our customers a great experience
- Review questions regarding artwork with customers and communicate art guidelines
- Promote the DecoPress culture within your location, working with the other culture custodians to replicate the DecoPress culture globally.
- Stay organized behind the scenes - collaborating with colleagues to sure the smooth running of the office and production floor
- Working with the wider team to check on progress of orders for customer enquiries.
- Communicating effectively when something needs to be changed (reprint or timeframes).
- Responsible for customer education and product promotion. Customers talk to us in a variety of ways, and we are always responsive, relatable and easy to work with.
- Calls answered fast, and customers hear the supportive vibe.
- Outgoing calls are made when required in a prompt and professional way.
- Being the champion for the customer and effectively manage any customer complaints with a resolution focused mindset. Escalating where necessary
- Take every opportunity to live to the DecoPress purpose to help people grow, including our customers through education on products, process, and systems.

**What You’ll Have**:

- Passion for brining people together and promoting a united cohesive team
- 2-4 years of Administration experience
- Ability to multitask
- Adaptability
- The ability to remain flexible and not ridged in approach. Coachability, willingness to learn and develop, the ability to problem solves and remain calm under pressure.
- The willingness to jump in and help where necessary.
- Effective at solving problems
- People coordination and relationship building
- Adobe Illustrator Preferred
- Understanding of basic art and design concepts (sizing, file type, pantone colors)

**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
