Job Description 1: Project Coordinator - Virtual Staging and Photography**Location**: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico**Salary**: MX$17,000/month (MX$204,000/year)**Type**: Full-Time**About Us**:We are Davies Imaging Group, a dynamic virtual staging and photography company delivering premium visual assets for real estate clients. Our fast-paced team collaborates to create stunning project deliverables, and we’re seeking a Project Coordinator to join us in ensuring seamless project execution in our Guadalajara office.**Job Overview**:Reporting to the Post-Production Supervisor, the Project Coordinator will manage project setups, coordinate with team members, and communicate with clients to keep projects on track. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for creative workflows.**Responsibilities**:- Set up and manage projects in Zoho Projects, including task list creation, image assignments, and status updates.- Download project catalogs, organize in Lightroom, and prepare screenshots for approval by senior team members.- Share approved catalog screenshots via Slack, ensuring clear communication with relevant team members.- Coordinate screen replacements for premium projects, matching images to client preferences (e.g., location-specific or style-specific).- Review Matterport scans, generate share links, and communicate results to clients.- Create weekly project schedules, detailing project names, image counts, and due dates.**Qualifications**:- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or similar roles.- Proficiency with project management tools (Zoho Projects, Trello, or equivalent).- Basic knowledge of Lightroom for catalog organization.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Familiarity with Slack and client management processes is a plus.**How to Apply**:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to Include an example of a project you’ve coordinated or a relevant organizational task.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $17,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento gratuito- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoPago complementario:- Bono anualTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- This is an in office position, agreed?Idioma:- English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 04/07/2025
