Our lemma: "work smart and play hard"Our technology partners are Hashicorp, Cloudbees, Chef, Pagerduty, Docker and SAP.We're looking for a **Project Coordinator****Job Description Summary**:- 5 to 10 years of experience in leading projects that have both hardware and software components in a requisition, contractual, or other Order-To- Remittance (OTR) business ideally in the power generation or power services industries- Strong experience in Project management & Planning, Design and communication- Responsible for parts logistics by pole/ region team, from ordering through shipment to arrival of parts at end location.- Shows thorough understanding of the services for this support team.- Indicates successful plan to execute services- Experience in working on projects to connect performance data from Power Plants across the globe- Project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, project execution, preparation of project charter, project tracking, monitoring, and reporting- Strategically supervise the project execution teams to ensure the timely and cost - effective completion of projects- Multi-Tasking, proactive and conflict resolution- Proven analytical and learning skills- Project status reports, communication with various stakeholders, Risk/Issue identification and resolution on time- Experience in working in a global team environment**Requirement and Skills**:- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project- SAP MM Module- Project Management foundation, Project Management, People Management- Strategic Planning & Budgeting- Documentation**What you can expect from us**At Tech Mahindra, what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.
