**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Manage quotations and customers.
- Coordinate communication between customers and contact person in Headquarters.
- Operational support to clients in pre-sale and post-sale activities.
- Customer contact at the quotation and order stage.
- Characterize products according to customer requirements and capabilities of the company.
- Pricing of the product according to defined tools and price lists.
- Generate the quotation details in the ERP system.
- Generate the Order details in the ERP system.
- Communicate technical, operational and quality requirements of the order.
- Follow-up delivery times.
- Follow up payment schedules.
- Full time job.
- International and multi-lingual environment.

**skills requirements**:

- Competent to handle enquiries and POs.
- Experience in the process industry, valve industry or EPC.
- Engineering degree or technical experience, preferably in mechanical engineering.

**Advantage**
- Fluent english.
- Experience in working for global.
