**Título del puesto: Customer Service Analyst****Ubicación: Ciudad de México****Departamento: Customer Service**- Responsable de la gestión de pedidos desde la entrada hasta la entrega con el cliente. Interactua con diferentes áreas de la Compañía para asegurar el correcto surtido y entrega de las ordenes con los Clientes. Es capaz de analizar, comprender y estructurar ideas que lleven a soluciones dentro de Newell Brands y con el cliente. Soluciona problemas relacionadas a ordenes de compra y entrega con los Clientes_- Participa en los proyectos de productividad del área. (CS/D&T)_**Actividades Esenciales y Responsabilidades**:- Ingreso de ordenes de compra- Revisión de las ordenes de compra de acuerdo a Política de Control Interno (precio, unidad de medida, asignación de producto)- Generacion de deliveries- Revisión de níveles de servicio, faltantes- Resolución y Coordinación de Requerimientos de Ventas/Clientes- Asegurarse que se cumplan los KPI´s del área- Generación de presentación menusal de resultados- Generación de reportes y analisis de la información- Generación de Notas de Crédito- Participación activa en proyectos de productividad generando información, análisis y propuestas- Coordinación con el operador logísitico y transporte para entrega de las ordenes en tiempo y forma- Revisión de Remisiones Electrónicas (Soriana)**Requisitos**:- Education requirements: Licenciatura en Administración/ Ingeniería Industrial o afin- Years of experience : 3 años en Empresa de Consumo, Farmacéutica o Logística- Travel requirements: Viajes nacionales para revisar temas relacionados con Clientes**Experiência**- Sistemas: SAP modulos OTC, Office (Medio-Avanzado)- Soft Skills:- Enfocado a Resultados- Atención a los detalles- Excelente comnuicación verbal y escrita- Capacidad de Análisis- Capacidad para Trabajar en Equipo- ProactivoNewell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Paper Mate, Sharpie, Dymo, EXPO, Parker, Elmers, Coleman, Marmot, Oster, Sunbeam, FoodSaver, Mr. Coffee, Graco, Baby Jogger, NUK, Calphalon, Rubbermaid, Contigo, First Alert, and Yankee Candle.
