About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting audits and tax compliance, and contributing to continuous process improvement. If you are analytical, proactive, and passionate about numbers, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.

Post accurate journal entries and maintain reliable financial records.

Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts.

Perform bank reconciliations, including foreign accounts.

Support internal and external audits and tax compliance.

Conduct variance analysis and resolve discrepancies.

Collaborate across departments for timely financial reporting.

Document procedures and identify process improvement opportunities.

Support management with special projects and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other Microsoft Office tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Team player with the ability to work independently.
