**About This Role**:
We are seeking a talented Integration Specialist to join our growing Technology team. This role focuses on implementing and supporting EDI and API integrations across platforms. Your expertise with EDI frameworks and API technologies will ensure seamless data exchange, while your experience with Celigo’s integration platform will drive our integration initiatives forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage EDI integrations with trading partners, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom integration solutions.
- Build and maintain API integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and iPaaS platforms such as Celigo.
- Leverage Celigo to automate workflows and manage integrations across various platforms.
- Perform regular testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure the performance, accuracy, and security of integration systems.
- Ensure all integrations comply with security and data protection standards.
- Document all integration processes, including configurations and troubleshooting guides.

**Software/Platforms/Tools**:

- EDI formats (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, FTP, VAN)
- API technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Celigo integrator.io platform
- ERP systems like NetSuite
- EDI platforms like SPS Commerce, Logic Broker, Orderful
- Cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Shopify

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- 3+ years of experience in EDI development, implementation, and support
- Strong understanding of API integrations and EDI protocols
- Experience with Celigo’s integrator.io platform
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

**Shift Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US CST
