Thanks for understanding**Requirements**:- **Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.**:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.- Proven experience (3+ years) in influencer marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry or tech field in general.- In-depth knowledge of the **Brazilian tech industry** landscape, key influencers, and emerging trends.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade influencers and stakeholders.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making.- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and preformance marketing tools.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.What you will do: - Develop and implement a comprehensive influence marketing strategy to increase Practicum visibility and attract potential students to the bootcamp.- Identify, research, and evaluate relevant influencers, industry experts, and thought leaders in the tech space, both locally and nationally, to form partnerships and collaborations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers through effective communication, outreach, and personalized engagement strategies.- Collaborate with influencers to develop and execute impactful content, including blog posts, social media campaigns, videos, and other creative materials to promote the bootcamp.- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and track the effectiveness of influence marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships and maintain a competitive edge.- Coordinate with the marketing team to align influence marketing efforts with overall marketing initiatives.- Manage influencer contracts, budgets, and performance agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled on time.What we can offer you:- Full-time work with a schedule that’s convenient for you and the team.
