ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Analyze and identify ongoing business and process improvements that lead to more effective
and predictable customer satisfaction
- Implement quality assurance standards and company processes
- Evaluate agent performance
- Provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues on team member performance and trends
- Drive a culture of accountability through transparent and authentic coaching
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma; 2 years post high school education or equivalent preferred
- 2 years supervisory/management experience preferably within a contact center
- 2 years travel, hotel, or hospitality industry experience
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate solutions
- Strong analytical skills including ability to review employee data and behavior to target coaching opportunities
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
- Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to write professional letters using proper grammar and correct spelling, and confidence speaking in front of large groups
- Maintain a positive, helpful demeanor under stressful circumstances
- Ability to listen while focusing on solutions
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

**Salary**: From $1,600.00 per day
