This role reports to the Director Partner Management EGA and supports the Egencia Global Alliance partner network. May be assigned to one or more projects related to the transformation of the network, to more geographies, the planning and deployment of new tools, the management or documentation of existing and new processes. The role has accountability for driving partner important metric results, maintaining a healthy and profitable partner relationship and execution to help efficiently deliver to our common goals. What You’ll Do Maintain the relationship with our partners in Central and Latin America to ensure our partners have the right offer and infrastructure to support the Egencia business & growth. Lead regular business reviews to nurture and grow the partner in relevant areas by defining and maintaining deployment plans, define landmarks and built project schedules to ensure timely completion of goals (KPIs). Share meeting notes with clear action items and timelines with both partner and the wider EGA team. Handle communication of deployment plans, issues, risks, and customer concerns with business collaborators, both with the partners and within Egencia. Provide professional and detailed status reports on regional trends and trading Handle the commercial aspects of the relationship with the partner, such as the contract, reimbursements, payments, etc. Maintain positive relationships with counterparts from all teams and facilitate connections when needed. Act as a critical issue point for partners vs Egencia as well as the other way around. Finance health check with Egencia Finance team, and guaranteeing the most protective legal clauses are in place. Support implementing the Risk & Compliancy Management Program, which is currently under construction, led Transformation Team. The partners Managers are leading the internal requests regarding the Partners or EGA Markets knowledge. This is done as a "follow the sun" approach between the Partners Managers to respect the 72 working hours SLA on standard requests. In case of specific requirements, the RFP process for EGA is led by the EGA commercial experts, with the support of the EGA partner Managers as required on the commercial or more detailed requirements. Support new partners onboarding the EGA network What We’re Looking For 5+ years travel industry experience, travel operations or TMC experience is a plus. Experience in working and communication with different level of peers, including C-level presentations Experience in partner, vendor or client development/management Proven ability to work efficiently in a sophisticated, diverse, global, matrix and changing environment. Great consultative and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. Ability to navigate sophisticated situations and collaborate efficiently with multiple stakeholders and overcome barriers. Excellent time management, prioritizing tight deadlines with a focus on quality and details. Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt and prioritize focus.
