**About Fòs Feminista**Fòs Feminista is an intersectional feminist organization centered around the sexual and reproductive rights and needs of women, girls, and gender-diverse people. Led and governed by the Global South, Fòs Feminista works as an alliance of organizations in 40+ countries worldwide to advance sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice. Fòs Feminista is both the connective tissue that links these diverse partners in an alliance and an active participant in the broader ecosystem of actors working on sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice (SRHRJ). Fòs Feminista orchestrates transnational and transregional action by connecting partners throughout the SRHRJ ecosystem, amplifying innovative partner-led solutions to SRHRJ issues, and catalyzing funding and political will for an intersectional feminist agenda on SRHRJ.We recognize that the ability of women, girls, and gender-diverse people to make free and informed choices about their sexual and reproductive lives, including to access safe and legal abortion, is central to their life plans and to achieving gender and reproductive justice. Together with partners in the Alliance, we provide access to sexual and reproductive health care and services, including contraception, abortion, and care for victims of gender-based violence, and we reach young people with comprehensive sexuality education. We are at the forefront of advocating for sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) from an intersectional lens in national, regional, and global spaces, coordinating with our partners to ensure that diverse experiences, priorities, and voices of the Global South are represented in these spaces. And we strengthen intersectional feminist movements and organizations by creating and holding space for partners to participate in an international community built on feminist values of sharing power, diversity, mutual learning, and solidarity, and to access resources to strengthen their work.**Position Summary**The Program Officer, Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) will collaborate in the development, promotion and implementation of CSE initiatives across the Fòs Feminista alliance and with its partner organizations. The person selected as Program Officer, CSE will provide technical and programmatic support from an intersectional feminist approach to national, transnational, regional, and cross regional initiatives and projects, by accompanying partner organizations of the alliance that work on this strategic component in their respective contexts.**Supervisory Relationship**The Program Officer reports to the Associate Director of Program Management.**Key Responsibilities**- Collaborate on the strategic positioning of CSE from an intersectional feminist approach as a core component of the new Fòs Feminista strategic plan.- Coordinate strategic actions with the Center for Comprehensive Sexuality Education and Youth-Friendly Sexual and Reproductive Health Services (CSE and YFS Center) for the development of work plans that enhance the CSE work for organizations of the alliance.- Facilitate and nurture a global collaboration between the CSE & YFS Center and partner organizations throughout the alliance.- Facilitate the coordination of innovative strategies to increase quality delivery, diversity and inclusivity in the scope of Comprehensive Sexuality Education for the most vulnerable populations through collaborative work with partner organizations of the Fòs Feminista alliance.- Collaborate in the day-to-day management of CSE restricted projects and/or support the management of ongoing projects with the organizations directly involved with an eye to reducing project burden on them.- Coordinate project reporting and annual Work Plan development in close collaboration with project team and partners, identifying and securing needed inputs and resources in advance, tracking and clearly communicating expectations and commitments.- Support efforts of partner organizations of the Fòs Feminista alliance to promote the comprehensiveness of curricular proposals in CSE, focusing on aspects such as bodily autonomy, sexual diversity and self-management of abortion and safe abortion, production of materials and physical and digital products for young adolescents, peer educators, and teachers for in-person and digital settings.- Collaborate in technical and advisory groups, networks and collaboration spaces around CSE at the national, regional, transregional and global levels, including the Global Partnership Forum on CSE.- Offer technical accompaniment to partner organizations to position themselves as leaders in CSE in the public sector, both locally, nationally and regionally.- Represent Fòs Feminista in the AMAZE partnership and promote within the Fòs Feminista Alliance the expansion of the digital CSE initiative as an evidence-based educational resource for facilitating the implementation of CSE programs.- C
